Are you an experienced software engineer who embraces AI tools? Do you want the freedom to experiment and implement AI tooling? Want to ensure your AI skills stay ahead of the wider market? If so, I want to talk to you!
I'm working with an early-stage consultancy, run by a couple of seriously heavyweight CTOs who are building out an AI-first software team. They already have a number of significant projects in the pipeline and want experienced engineers who love using AI in their day-to-day work.
They are building a niche, working with larger businesses with legacy elements in their tech stack to rebuild and replace systems that would not have been economically viable without the recent advances in AI. They are looking for experienced engineers who have already spent time grappling with legacy issues and understand how to make pragmatic decisions around business constraints.
You’ll need strong communication skills as you’ll be client-facing at times. We’re open-minded about your preferred programming language and welcome applications from polyglots e.g. Python, .NET, Java, Node, PHP, Ruby etc.
You’ll need to be based in the UK for very occasional meetings but this is a remote-first position. Get in touch for full details on the role and this business.
