Role Overview

We are hiring Spanish-speaking SDRs to support a leading vacation rental client. You will identify and qualify property owners to join the platform, working with both warm and cold leads, and hand off qualified prospects to the Sales Manager.

What You Will Do

  • Cold call property owners across Spain
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads
  • Qualify leads and maintain CRM records in Pipedrive
  • Make multiple contact attempts before marking leads unreachable
  • Participate in performance reviews and KPI tracking
  • Contribute ideas for lead generation and process improvement

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent Spanish speaker with excellent English
  • Experience in cold calling, sales development, or lead generation
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and online collaboration tools
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

  • Aircall for calls and KPI tracking
  • Pipedrive for CRM and lead management

Schedule (Spain Time)

  • Monday: 10:00–13:00 & 15:30–19:00
  • Tuesday: 15:30–19:00
  • Wednesday: 10:00–13:00
  • Thursday: 15:30–19:00
  • Friday: 10:00–13:30
