Salary £40,000 to £55,000 dependant on experience. This Residential Conveyancer's position is working for a leading, well-established, multi-office, CQS accredited law firm, based at their lovely Balsall Common office. The role has come about due to continued business growth in the area of Conveyancing. Free parking is available.
The role will involve:
- Working as part of a busy Residential Conveyancing team
- Running your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Buy to Let investment properties, transfers of equity, equity release, new build and remortgage transactions.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third party professionals
- Use of a legal case management system
This is a permanent job. Core office hours are 36 per week 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be considered for suitably qualified and experienced candidates, seeking part time hours.
Suitable candidates will have:
- Around 2 years or more residential conveyancing fee earning experience
- Excellent client care skills
- A sound understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
