Are you ready to take the next step in your conveyancing career? This is a fabulous opportunity to be part of something exciting — a new office opening in the heart of Banbury this June!
We’re working with a highly reputable regional law firm, recognised by the Legal 500, and accredited with CQS and Lexcel, known for their friendly culture and outstanding client service. They’re expanding their office network and are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join them at this key growth stage. A competitive salary is offered, which will be commensurate with experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload including Freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transactions
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership
- New plot purchases
- Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, referrers and other third party professionals
This is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Hybrid working will be accommodated following an initial onboarding period. Reduced/flexible hours may also be considered.
Who We’re Looking For:
- An experienced Residential Conveyancer
- Fully qualified status (Solicitor, CLE or CLC)
