What you’ll be doing:
- Managing sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, including residential homes and commercial assets like restaurants, pubs, hotels, shops, offices, and industrial units.
- Advising on leases, declarations of trust, and co-ownership arrangements, overage agreements and commercial land options
- Regularly liaising with clients and third parties, providing clear, professional, and timely advice
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- At least 2 years’ PQE, with experience handling your own caseload independently
- Solid background in both residential conveyancing and commercial property
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
