About the Role

This is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday. Home working will be accommodated 2 days per week.

What You ll be Doing

  • Drafting Wills and LPAs
  • Engrossing final Wills and registering executed documents.
  • Applying for Grants of Probate
  • Providing advice and guidance to clients in respect of wills and probate matters, ensuring they are kept regularly updated
  • Preparing and issuing accurate quotes to prospective clients
  • Preparing probate administration letters and dealing with estate administration
  • Covering for the supervising fee earner as required, ensuring matters progress smoothly in their absence
  • Opening, closing and archiving files

Who We re Looking For:

Suitable Candidates Will Have:

  • Previous Wills and Probate fee earning experience (essential)
  • Law Degree or above (preferred)
  • Excellent client care skills and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
