What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, dealing with:
- sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- transfers of equity
- re-mortgages
Who we’re looking for:
- Fully qualified status - solicitor, FCILEx or CLC - NQ and above
- The ability to manage your own residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion
- Excellent communication skills
What’s on offer:
This is a full-time permanent position, working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Flexible working will be considered when needed. Salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience.
