The firm offer a wide range of services to businesses and individuals, and are part of a larger group of law firms, ensuring both job security and an investment in technology. What you\’ll be doing The role will involve: * Meeting and greeting clients in Reception * Copying and scanning ID * Supporting the business with administration duties * Attending to clients’ enquiries in reception and by telephone * Taking telephone messages * Taking information from prospective and new clients to pass on to fee earners * Undertaking audio typing of legal documents and correspondence * Organising and booking meeting rooms for client meetings * Diary management Who we\’re looking for: Suitable candidates are likely to have: * Previous experience as a legal receptionist for a law firm * Typing skills * Sound administration experience including Word, Excel and Outlook * Great communication skills This is a full time permanent job, which is fully office based, working 36.25 hours week Monday to Friday. What\’s on offer: * Up to 32 days\’ annual leave made up of 20 days’ entitlement, plus 8 bank holidays plus your birthday off and additional leave over the Christmas shutdown period (2-3 days at directors’ discretion) * Free onsite parking * Company pension scheme Note: Salary stated is in line with market rate and will be wholly commensurate with experience.
