The Firm
This is a very well-established law firm with a network of offices in Warwickshire and Oxfordshire. They specialise in privately funded family law, residential conveyancing, commercial property, childcare (private and public law) and wills, trusts and probate work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your own privately funded matrimonial / family law caseload
- Providing advice to clients to include divorce, financial and children matters
- Attending Court Hearings
- Liaising with clients and keeping them updated
Who we’re looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with practice rights
- Experience in running a matrimonial / family law caseload
- Knowledgeable about family law and court procedures
- A good team player with a flexible attitude
- Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
What’s on offer:
This is a permanent job working 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch (35 hours per week).
- 25 days' annual leave, rising to 30 days with length of service, plus UK bank holidays
