What You’ll be doing:
- Running a caseload of debt recovery matters
- Managing claims via a debt claims portal
- Dealing with small claims defences after LBA's have been issued
- Preparing witness statements / bundles
- Taking calls from clients
- Taking instructions from clients
- Assisting senior solicitors
- Use of market leading, cutting-edge software/technology
Who we’re looking for:
- Previous debt recovery experience in small claims defence matters
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of using legal case management systems
- Degree level education
- LPC/LLM or equivalent (desirable)
- A desire to qualify as a solicitor in the longer term and specialise in litigation work
This is a full-time permanent job, working 9.00am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. The role will be fully office-based. Hybrid working will be available once fully qualified.
