What you'll be doing: Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish Dealing with sales and purchases transactions of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity release matters Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and third party professionals, ensuring all parties are kept fully updatedWho we're looking for: This is a senior role, offered with an attractive salary and hybrid working. Suitable candidates will have: Around 5 years'+ experience of running a residential conveyancing caseload Excellent client care skills Excellent communication skills The ability to work well as part of a team, assisting more junior employees as needed The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision A sound understanding of the conveyancing process and up to date legislationWhat's on offer: This is a full time permanent job.
