Location: Coventry β free parking.
Hours: 35 per week β Hybrid/Flexible Working Accommodated / Reduced Hours Considered.

Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring and managing an established conveyancing team
- Managing a reduced caseload of predominantly residential conveyancing matters, with exposure to some additional commercial property work if desired
- Dealing with sales and purchase transactions of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfer of equity etc.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties
- Keeping up to date with changing legislation and compliance
Qualifications
- Fully qualified status β solicitor, chartered legal executive or licenced conveyancer
- Significant, up to date experience as a residential conveyancing fee earner
- Experience as a senior lawyer, team leader, supervisor or head of department
- Excellent leadership skills and client care skills
- Ambition and drive to lead and grow a successful department and further progress your career
