Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Administrator Location: Lichfield Salary c£26,000 per annum, negotiable, commensurate with experience and qualifications We are working with a very well-established, small, friendly high street law firm who have had a presence in Lichfield for over 100 years and are very much part of the local community. We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Conveyancing Administrator to support the Residential Conveyancing Department. The role will involve: Supporting the Residential Conveyancing Department Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents Liaising with clients and third party professionals by telephone and email Using the land registry portal Using a legal case management system Administration duties, filing, photocopying, scanning etc.Suitable candidates will have: Previous experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant within conveyancing or commercial property Knowledge of land registry procedures Experience of using the land registry portal Good typing skills Excellent communication skillsThis is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Benefits include: Paid annual leave entitlement, plus additional paid leave over the Christmas shut-down period, plus bank holidays Nest Pension scheme Free parking on site Health Care Package and refunds on eye testsNote: Salary stated is given as a guideline in line with market rate and will be wholly commensurate with experience.
