Their accreditations include Legal 500, Legal Aid Agency, SFE, STEP, SQM and CQS. They are also Criminal Litigation accredited, Family Law accredited and Mental Health accredited.
What you'll be doing:
- Running your own caseload of public and private children law matters including complex care proceedings
- Conducting your own advocacy
- Working closely with clients
- Working to tight deadlines
Who we’re looking for:
- Fully qualified status with 5+ years’ PQE
- Significant experience of dealing with both public and private children law proceedings
- Holder of the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation (or working towards this)
- Able to meet the LAA requirements for supervisor status
- Experience of dealing with a wide range of cases, including complex care proceedings
- A professional, friendly and reassuring approach to clients
What’s on offer:
This is a full-time permanent job which is fully office based, working 9:00am to 5:15pm Monday to Friday
