Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £25,000 per annum

What you'll be doing:
The role will involve:
Supporting fee earners in the Public Family Law/Care team
Liaising with clients in person, by telephone and by email
Drafting correspondence and legal documents relating to family care matters including briefs, court documents, attendance notes and statements of evidence
Attending to clients at court with counsel
Diary management and appointment making
Providing general administrative support
Who we’re looking for:
Suitable candidates will have:
A law degree (ideally incorporating family/care-related electives)
Experience of working in a Family Care department of a law firm, handling legal aid matters (preferred but not essential)
A positive approach to client care
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work well as part of a team
The ability to handle sensitive situations in a professional manner
A full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle
