What you'll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of real estate matters including acquisitions, leases and development transactions.
- Handling construction matters or assisting with construction matters, depending on experience.
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships with high profile clients.
- Providing legal advice to property owners, land owners, developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and occupiers.
- Working as part of an established team of around 15 real estate professionals over two locations.
Who we're looking for:
- Fully qualified status with 2 years' or more PQE.
- Experience of running a real estate / commercial property caseload.
- Experience of handling or assisting with construction matters (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent client care skills.
What's on offer:
This is a full-time permanent job which can be based in Birmingham city centre or Solihull. The role is offered with home-working for part of the week.
