What you'll be doing:

  • Managing your own caseload of real estate matters including acquisitions, leases and development transactions.
  • Handling construction matters or assisting with construction matters, depending on experience.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships with high profile clients.
  • Providing legal advice to property owners, land owners, developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and occupiers.
  • Working as part of an established team of around 15 real estate professionals over two locations.

Who we're looking for:

  • Fully qualified status with 2 years' or more PQE.
  • Experience of running a real estate / commercial property caseload.
  • Experience of handling or assisting with construction matters (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent client care skills.

This is a full-time permanent job which can be based in Birmingham city centre or Solihull. The role is offered with home-working for part of the week.
