PROPERTY LITIGATION LAWYER – SOLICITOR OR CLE with 2 years’+ PQE

Location: Birmingham City Centre with hybrid working

Salary: A competitive salary is offered, which will be commensurate with experience

What you’ll be doing:

Managing a caseload of contentious landlord and tenant matters
Acting for both tenant and landlord in residential and commercial property matters
Dealing with boundary disputes, general property disputes, TOLATA claims and professional negligence claims relating to property
Conducting advocacy where required
Working as part of the dispute resolution team, building on their already well-established, excellent reputation, taking part in firm-wide business development initiatives

Who we’re looking for:

Suitable candidates will have:

Fully qualified status – solicitor or chartered legal executive
Around 2-5 years’ PQE
Experience in running property litigation caseload
The ability to work well as part of a team
