About the Role:

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated and people-oriented individuals to join us as Sales & Admin Executives. This hybrid role is ideal for those who enjoy engaging with people, supporting client needs, and handling office operations. You will be involved in outreach and guiding clients towards suitable solutions, while also assisting with administrative tasks that support daily operations. This position is particularly suitable for mid-career professionals exploring a new path and individuals returning to the workforce after a break, offering a structured yet flexible environment. Full training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support Duties
    • Engage with new and existing clients via calls, messages, and scheduled meetings
    • Develop product knowledge and recommend best solution to client needs
    • Offer expertise on options available to clients
    • Establish and maintain client relations
    • Achieve individual targets and performance goals
    • Attend training and development workshops to strengthen skills
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and records management
    • Respond to enquiries professionally via email, phone, or messaging platforms
    • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and preparation of materials for meetings
    • Support daily office operations and take on ad-hoc duties as required
