Hybrid work-from-home option. Open to sector. We are seeking experienced senior recruitment consultants or managing consultants with a track record of responsibility and success within their specialist sector.

This is a key player role to set up a division within our operation of a quality- and people-driven recruitment business. We are a small, ambitious agency with a non-corporate feel, combined with professionalism and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and growth of a new sector division within the organization.
- Work closely with leadership to hire, develop, and manage a team within your sector expertise and network.
- Utilise your 360 recruitment experience to drive division performance and candidate/client development.
