Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services – EA & Support. Based in London. We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant with a background in Finance, Professional Services, and EA & Support.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment engagements within Finance, Professional Services, and EA & Support sectors.
• Contribute to market growth plans in Europe / Germany in alignment with the growth strategy.
• Build and maintain client relationships; travel to meet clients as required in this niche market.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive culture and support a scalable business model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant with a background in Finance, Professional Services, and EA & Support.
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients as part of the role.
• Leadership potential and a professional, EQ-driven approach to work.
• Based in London or able to operate effectively in a hybrid environment (central London location, hybrid WFH).
