Who we would like to hear from:

Executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up. Ideally knowledge of either private markets asset raising or asset management spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Associate you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like.
  • We need a strong track record of making successful sourcing and referencing calls, networking and confidence to meet candidates face-to-face to build strong relationships.
  • Able to approach senior candidates and pitch clients, as well as assess candidates and curate short-lists.
  • Able to handle volume and multi-task.
  • Attention to detail, enjoys both mapping markets and building products.
  • Ability to handle candidates through the early stage of a client's interview process.
  • Ability to present candidates to clients, discuss interview feedback and provide advice.
  • EQ and ability to communicate across multi-cultural teams.
