VoltR2R is seeking a Senior Associate for a Private Markets search firm.

The practice focuses on senior executive and divisional head searches for global private and traditional asset management clients.

Who we would like to hear from

Executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up, with 4–6 years of experience. Ideally knowledge of either private markets asset raising or asset management spaces.

As a Senior Associate you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like. We need a strong track record of successful sourcing and referencing calls, networking and confidence to meet candidates face-to-face to build strong relationships.

  • Able to approach senior candidates and pitch clients, as well as assess candidates and curate short-lists.
  • Able to handle volume and multi-task.
  • Attention to detail, enjoys both mapping markets and building products.
  • Ability to handle candidates through the early stage of a client's interview process.
  • Ability to present candidates to clients, discuss interview feedback and provide advice.

Character traits we are looking to talk with: solutions-focused & highly pro-active outlook. Self-awareness, drive, resilience and high EQ will be innate to your mindset.

This will give you hybrid work patterns from central London offices.
