  • Senior Consultants / Principals / Directors

You must have experience across the life sciences for a minimum of 3 years doing full 360 recruitment. As a successful recruiter, you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like within the life science industry. We need a strong track record of making successful relationships, networking, and confidence in winning business and to build strong relationships 4 times a week in the office.

Salary - £28k - $100k base (dependent on location, calibre, approach, and experience level) + a wealth of benefits, WFH Hybrid, strong commission, ongoing mentorship, and a positive, diverse, and inclusive culture.
