  • Senior Consultants / Principals / Directors
  • You must have experience across the life sciences for minimum of 3 years doing full 360 recruitment.
  • As a successful recruiter you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like within the life science industry.
  • We need a strong track-record of making successful relationships, networking and confidence winning business and to build strong relationships
  • 4 x a week in the office

Salary – Β£28k – $100k base ( dependent on location the calibre, your approach and experience level) + wealth of benefits, WFH Hybrid, strong commission, ongoing mentorship and a positive, diverse and inclusive culture
