Responsibilities:Tikehau’s Special Opportunity (TSO) team invests in both corporate and real estate credit in Europe, providing bespoke capital solutions characterised by a scarcity of liquidity, largely across primary markets. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a visible and direct impact on this growing strategy and the Company, taking an active role in the entire spectrum of special opportunities and / or real estate credit investment: Analysing company presentations, models & research to produce investment recommendations;Autonomy with models to project future cash flows, valuations, credit/recovery analysis and sensitivity analyses based on different scenariosPreparing and presenting investment recommendations for Investment Committee;Supporting senior deal team members in transaction execution and legal workstreams;Assisting with internal and external reporting requirements.
