The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong track record in high-value ERP license sales, and a strategic approach to business growth. This is a full-cycle sales role—from lead generation to contract negotiation and handover—requiring strategic vision and executional excellence. We’re looking for a proven enterprise sales professional who can: Win and grow new business with companies turning over £100m+. Close deals with £500k+ ACV and £2m total contract value. Generate your own pipeline and collaborate with marketing. Sell value, especially in complex projects. Thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Key requirements: 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally in ERP or SaaS. Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals—£500k+ ACV and multimillion-pound contracts. Strong understanding of ERP needs in construction, field service, or manufacturing sectors. IFS experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
