A global technology and manufacturing business whose products and services are used by consumers and organisations around the world are actively seeking a HR Operations Specialist on a 6 month contract with genuine potential for the assignment to become permanent.

You'll gain exposure across the full employee life cycle while strengthening your HR operations, systems and project experience. This six-month contract gives you ownership of core HR administration alongside opportunities to contribute to process and systems improvements. There is also potential for the position to become permanent after six months.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing HR administration for starters, internal moves and leavers.
  • Maintaining accurate employee data across HR systems, including Oracle.
  • Preparing payroll information, employee documentation and HR reports.
  • Supporting employees with queries covering contracts, absence, payroll and HR policies.
  • Contributing to HR systems improvements and wider HR projects.

What you'll need:

  • Previous HR administration experience with exposure to HR systems.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling sensitive employee data.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence managing competing priorities.
