Your role as a Field Service Engineer includes:
- Field-based work from home, covering a local territory.
- Conducting services, reactive repairs, and end-user training on a range of commercial coffee and drinks machines.
- Utilising a mixture of electrical and mechanical skills to ensure a strong first-fix rate.
- Having your service diary organised for you a week in advance.
- Reporting to the Regional Service Manager and Senior Service Engineer.
- Working Monday to Friday during daytime hours, with 1-in-4 weekends.
