If so, this role for an established business consultancy could be of interest. A role joining a small team, with big plans to continue growing.

Your Role as an Account Executive

  • You’ll be office based in Leamington Spa at first, moving to hybrid with 1 day per month in the office.
  • Conducting demos, questioning, and consulting with SQL’s.
  • Ultimately, closing deals with average £20k order values.
  • 8 – 12 meetings per week on average, with sales cycles of 6+ months.
  • Joining in with business development (25%) and leading the way with outbound calls.
  • 60%+ of the role will be phone based, whilst also using CRM, Linked In, and email campaigns.
  • Monday to Friday role - 9am – 5pm

Ideal Background for the Account Executive

  • You need to have some existing phone based selling experience.
  • Backgrounds in recruitment, estate agency, SDR, BDR, and other fast paced sales environments are of interest.
  • Happy and willing to do the outbound sales aspect; 60%+ of the role uses the phone.
  • You’ll be confident and outgoing, enjoy speaking to people and not afraid of being told no.
  • Consultative sales approach, not scripted.
  • Happy to commute to Leamington Spa; hybrid working after probation.
  • Right to work in the UK indefinitely as sponsorship can’t be provided.
