Talent Tech Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Executive in Leamington Spa.

You’ll start office-based then move to hybrid after probation, with a base salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus uncapped OTE and benefits.

In this role you’ll map out companies, qualify opportunities, book appointments, and lead outbound calls. 60%+ of the time is phone-based, using CRM, Linked In, and email campaigns, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
