Gas Installation Engineer – Commercial Laundry
Commercial and Industrial Laundry Systems – South West
Bristol, Gloucester, Bath, Swindon, Exeter, Taunton
£35,000 – £45,000 basic salary + Vehicle + Overtime + Pension + Benefits

The Role of the Gas Installation Engineer:
- Based from home and covering a territory.
- You'll be installing commercial and industrial laundry systems to various premises such as spas, hotels, hospitals, HMP, and care homes.
- Kit is pre-delivered to site but can weigh more than 32kg, so you need to be able to manoeuvre this.
- After installation, you will test and commission and provide some training to the end-user.
- Working with a mate, you'll also be removing older systems as required.
- Predominantly a Mon – Fri role, 42.5 hours per week with overtime available and door-to-door pay.
- Occasional weekend work and some nights away from home.
The Ideal Background for Gas Installation Engineer:
- You must hold a core gas qualification such as CCN1 or COCN1. You cannot legally do this role without.
- Experience with commercial / industrial laundry systems and CCLNG1, CLE1, or CoCCLNG1 tickets is highly advantageous.
- Training will be provided to the right candidates who hold a domestic core gas qualification but not the laundry tickets or changeover to commercial option; CoDNCO1.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic electrical and plumbing skills
- Above all, you'll be trustworthy, reliable and able to work in a team with a mate.
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
The Package for Gas Installation Engineer:
- £35,000 – £45,000 basic salary depending on experience and qualifications.
- Overtime at 1.5x Mon-Sat, 2x on Sundays
- Paid door-to-door
