Our client is looking for 2x Engineering Team Leaders to join their expanding team in the South East and London. Great training opportunities and a chance to further develop your career and leadership style.
Your Role as a Field Service Team Leader:
- You will be a primary point of contact for a small team of service engineers, helping them with technical queries.
- Helping drive best practices, strong first fix rates and carrying out some joint visits with the team.
- Provide 1 line support to customers when needed.
- You will still be hands-on, carrying out planned service and reactive maintenance to customers' coffee and drinks machines.
- Escalate issues, concerns and training points to your RSM when needed.
Reporting to the Regional Service Manager and Service Operations Manager Monday - Friday, daytime hours + 1-in-4 weekends.
