Enterprises Account Executive

Customer Experience Software (SaaS & AI)

Hybrid working – One day per week in London

Β£95,000 – Β£130,000 Basic Salary + Double Uncapped OTE

  • They have achieved a 30% year-on-year increase and are a profitable, well-funded business.
  • As part of their expansion, they are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business sales into large enterprises (25k+ employees) in the Financial Services, Insurance & Telecoms verticals.

The Role:

  • Secure net-new enterprise clients, selling into clients with 25k+ employees
  • Manage complex, consultative sales cycle with C-suite and IT / Marketing stakeholders
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive larger deal values and multi-year contracts
  • Leverage strong SDR, marketing, and events to support pipeline and revenue growth

Your background and suitability:

  • Proven experience in Large SaaS sales projects – cradle to grave
  • Track record of closing high-value, complex deals (Β£200k+ ACV)
  • Experience selling into large enterprise (25k+ employees)
  • Ability to engage and sell to C-level decision-makers
  • Strong consultative sales skills with a hunter mentality

The Package:

  • Β£95,000 – Β£135,000 Basic salary + double uncapped OTE
  • Hybrid working – 1 Day a week in London
  • Superb benefits package

  • 25 days holiday plus stats
