A role for an organised, detail-focused Technical Sales Administrator to join a small, close-knit team at the heart of the sales and production process, converting customer orders into accurate, production-ready information for the factory, while keeping customers and suppliers informed every step of the way.
Your Role as a Technical Sales Administrator
- Processing customer orders end-to-end, from initial enquiry through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy at every stage.

Ideal background for the Technical Sales Administrator

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with a sales ordering or ERP system.
- Able to prioritise day-to-day tasks and manage your own workload with minimum supervision, while collaborating well within a small, close-knit team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident liaising with customers and suppliers.
