Your Role:

  • You will be managing a team of 3 people.
  • Responsible for all sales support functions throughout the UK teams.
  • It will involve sales, ordering, customer and process management support.
  • Hybrid role - 3 days per week in the office.
  • Strategic to the improvement and structure of this growing team.
  • Implementing process change, improving efficiency & streamlining workflow processes.

Ideal Background for the Sales Operations Manager:

  • You must have strong proven sales operations management experience, be organised & a great problem solver.
  • You could have worked in any industry sector ideally manufacturing, engineering or technical.
  • Knowledge & working experience of excel, pivot tables, reporting, CRM systems, SAP & Salesforce would be ideal.
  • Happy to commute to the West Midlands daily.
  • Have a driving licence.
  • You must have right to work in the UK as sponsorship won’t be provided.

The Package:

  • £50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary.
  • Pension, Health, Travel & Life Insurance.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
