Your Role:
- You will be managing a team of 3 people.
- Responsible for all sales support functions throughout the UK teams.
- It will involve sales, ordering, customer and process management support.
- Hybrid role - 3 days per week in the office.
- Strategic to the improvement and structure of this growing team.
- Implementing process change, improving efficiency & streamlining workflow processes.
Ideal Background for the Sales Operations Manager:
- You must have strong proven sales operations management experience, be organised & a great problem solver.
- You could have worked in any industry sector ideally manufacturing, engineering or technical.
- Knowledge & working experience of Excel, pivot tables, reporting, CRM systems, SAP & Salesforce would be ideal.
- Happy to commute to the West Midlands daily.
- Have a driving licence.
- You must have right to work in the UK as sponsorship won’t be provided.
The Package:
- £50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary.
- Pension, Health, Travel & Life Insurance.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
