Commercial & Industrial HVAC - West Midlands Office Based with Site Visits in Sandwell, Walsall, Dudley, Tipton, West Bromwich, Oldbury.
£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary + £420pcm Car Allowance + Progression + Benefits.

Your Role as a HVAC Project Manager:
- Based daily from the West Midlands site with customer site visits as required.
- Managing HVAC projects from conception to completion.
- Responsible for organising orders, invoices, budgets, and timelines.
- Liaise with customers and sub-contractors to ensure projects are delivered to cost and time.
- Use AutoCAD to modify and adapt designs.
- Prepare risk and method assessments.
- Assist the design team as needed for design and estimation support.
- Mon - Fri position, 08:30 - 16:30.
Ideal Background for the HVAC Project Manager Position:
- You must have HVAC engineering experience.
- Design experience is needed with AutoCAD; you need to be able to read, produce, and understand them.
- An exception may be made for an existing HVAC Engineer looking to get off the tools.
- "Nice-to-haves" are a mechanical engineering qualification and a CSCS card, but they are not essential.
- Able to commute daily to the office.
- Driver's licence and a vehicle.
- Full right to work in the UK as sponsorship cannot be provided.
