Are you handy with a multi-meter and interested in the medical world? Looking to expand your engineering skills?
A specialist service provider within the medical devices space with over 2 decades of experience, focused on equipment within wards, EBME, clinics, and laboratories. Joining a team with over 20 field engineers, and more than 80 colleagues across the business.
Your Role as a Field Service Engineer:
- Carry out service and PPM to a range of medical devices, from infusion pumps and dialysis machines through to patient monitoring.
- Carrying out basic electrical fault-finding, plug-and-play repairs, and simple mechanical fixes.
- Covering a territory of NHC with occasional travel into London.
- Typically at one site per day.
- A Monday to Friday role, working 42 hours per week with door-to-door pay.
Ideal Background for the Field Service Engineer Position:
- Some previous field service experience with related equipment, such as with ATM's, epos, self-service checkouts, etc.
- Wanting to use this experience in a medical setting.
- Familiar with basic electrical fault finding.
- Customer focused attitude.
- Able to compile written reports.
- Full UK drivers licence with right to work in the UK as sponsorship cannot be provided.
Package on Offer:
- £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary.
- Car allowance (£5.5k) + mileage allowance.
