The Role of the Customer Success Executive:

Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for relationship building within an existing base of prestigious accounts and supporting the more senior members of the team. The role is well supported but you will need to prepare and be used to working on your own initiative to help grow, retain and ensure the accounts are happy. The company are very supportive and help in your development. There are excellent opportunities for progression into senior roles.

The Package for Customer Success Executive:

£30,000-£40,000 Basic Salary plus £5k OTE, on-site gym, Pension, Mobile, Laptop, 25 days holiday plus stats.
