Technical Training Consultancy

Head office based in the outskirts of Coventry - Hybrid Working

35 hours per week. 9.15am - 5.15pm - 1 hour for lunch

£45,000 to £50,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Benefits

Have you previously worked in a sales office and have some leadership experience? Looking for a role where you can put your own stamp and steer on things? Happy being office based initially then moving to hybrid? If so, this role for an established technical training business could be of interest. A role leading a small team, with big plans to continue growing.

Your Role as an Internal Sales Manager:

  • You’ll be office based in Coventry, working in tandem with the rest of the sales team.
  • Helping to coordinate the sales team (2) and their workflow and KPI's.
  • Managing customer relationships within technical businesses.
  • Coaching and developing the sales team and implementing positive changes.
  • Liaise with the Marketing and operations.
  • Monday to Friday - 9.15am - 5.15pm.

Ideal Background for the Internal Sales Manager:

  • You’ll need to have worked in a sales office before and have had some sort of team leadership.
  • Ideally from a B2B sales background, with knowledge of the technical / construction market.
  • You’ll be confident and outgoing, enjoy speaking to people, mentoring and training.
  • Approachable so the team can come to you.
  • Commutable to South Coventry.
