£37,000 - £44,000, OTE £10,000 - £15,000 + Company Car + Benefits

Your Role as an Area Sales Manager:

• You're field based, visiting existing and potential customers across your territory.
• Selling a full range of childrens playground equipment, from individual slides and swings, through to full fit-out projects.
• Managing an existing customer portfolio whilst actively seeking new business opportunities too.
• ICP's include Nurseries, Schools, Local Authorities, Parishes, and Leisure Operators, amongst many more.
• You'll have the support of dedicated sales support and marketing teams.
• A 35 hour working week.

Ideal Background for the Area Sales Manager Position:

• Above all, you need a proven B2B sales background and able to show you can exceed targets.
• What you've previously sold is less important than HOW you sell, as long as you're energetic, professional, and can confidently present.
• This role will suit commercial or technical sales backgrounds as training is provided.
• Being formally sales trained is advantageous but not essential.
• Enjoy new business just as much as account management.
• Covering East Anglia, part of the East Midlands, and Northern Home Counties, you must live on territory.
• You must have a full driving licence and right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
