Telesales Agent
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Salary: £25,000 Basic + Uncapped bonus
About the our client / role:
Our client is a leader in providing effective, cost-saving, and environmentally conscious waste management solutions for businesses. As a Telesales Agent, you’ll be instrumental in growing customer value and satisfaction by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with existing clients via phone to promote and upsell additional services, maximising sales growth.
- Skilfully follow up with undecided clients, providing further information and overcoming objections to secure new business.
- Maintain impeccable client records and update all interactions and outcomes on the internal CRM system.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service, reinforcing the brand’s excellent reputation in all communications.
- Consistently work towards and exceed set KPIs and sales targets, driving revenue growth.

- Excels at building robust client relationships, fostering trust, reliability, and satisfaction.
- Is adaptable to a fast-paced environment and thrives as part of a collaborative team.
- Has a proven track record of working towards and achieving sales targets, with a strong focus on revenue generation.
- Possesses excellent time management and organisational skills, ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Ideally has previous B2B sales experience, particularly with a focus on upselling and cross-selling to businesses.
