The Role
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content across all channels to acquire new and retain existing customers. Working within a busy Customer Marketing team, you will manage everything from organic posts to paid advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Content: Develop and implement social media strategies, planning both organic and paid promotions.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content for various channels including the website, blog posts, email, case studies, and press releases.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and create customer-facing video and photographic content.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse social media performance, providing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Engagement: Manage interactions by responding to comments and messages to boost brand awareness.
- Product Launches: Work with the Product team to drive engagement and successfully launch new products.
About You

Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Prior experience in social media management, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
- Technical Skills: Experience with paid advertising, specifically using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Ads.
- Digital Literacy: Good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Soft Skills: A positive, confident, and enthusiastic attitude with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Languages: English is mandatory; French language skills are considered a bonus.
