SEO Copywriter
Location: Hybrid / Kemble, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be the driving force behind the brand’s organic content strategy, with duties including:
- Content Optimisation: Optimising all web content, including new copy, meta tags, headers, and titles, to significantly improve search visibility and user experience.
- Blog Management: Optimising and creating engaging blog content specifically designed to boost keyword targeting and search engine positioning.
- Strategic Copywriting: Creating consistent, high-quality, keyword-targeted content for both on-site and off-site use. This includes engaging copy for the website, email marketing, and digital advertisements.
- Compliance: Ensuring all written content strictly adheres to the established brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Essential Technical Requirements
- 3–5 years’ proven copywriting experience, ideally focused on a digital-first environment.
- Solid practical experience using GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Search Console.
- Proficiency with key SEO tools such as SEMrush or Screaming Frog.
- Good working knowledge of SEO best practices and algorithm updates.
- Experience using common Content Management Systems (CMS), specifically WordPress.
