REMOTE β Travel Coordinator (Field Based)
Location: Field Based
Hours: Full-Time (8am β 4:30pm Monday to Friday)
Salary: Β£25,000 pa + Uncapped Commission
COMPANY CAR PROVIDED!
Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for adventure and youth development? We are representing a world-leading provider of life-changing educational expeditions. Our client delivers transformative experiences for schools across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, combining student leadership with tangible community and conservation impact. This is not just a sales role; it is an opportunity to generate a positive global impact.
The Role
As a Field based Travel Coordinator, you will occupy a specialist position within the UK schoolsβ sales team. Your role is deliberately different: you are a conversion specialist. You will focus exclusively on a high-impact partnership programme, engaging schools where this specific expedition model is the strongest fit. You will be supported by a dedicated desk-based Business Development team who will book meetings for you. Your mission is to take ownership of these opportunities, progress them through consultative meetings, and lead them to confirmed expedition launches and successful student sign-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Consultative Sales β Conduct engaging meetings and presentations for teachers, students, parents, and senior leadership teams.
- Drive Conversions β Turn booked meetings into confirmed launches and maximise student participation.
- Target Achievement β Work towards clear individual and team revenue and participation targets.
- Collaborative Growth β Work closely with the Business Development, Operations, and wider school sales teams.
- Regional Travel β Travel across your designated region for school events, meetings, and launches (including occasional overnight stays).
- Professional Integrity β Represent the organisation with professionalism, integrity, and absolute clarity.
About You
This role suits a self-starter who is comfortable with accountability and confident operating as a specialist within a wider team. You should be someone who is prioritising a career that offers both financial reward and a sense of purpose.
- Proven Sales Background β Experience in field sales, education sales, travel, or high-level consultative sales is ideal.
- Exceptional Presenter β You are confident engaging diverse audiences, from 15-year-old students to Senior Leadership Teams.
- Consultative Mindset β You are able to diagnose the right fit for a school rather than forcing a product.
- Resilient and Driven β You are comfortable working to targets and possess the consistency to see a lead through to conversion.
- Autonomy β You can work independently while respecting clear team structures and boundaries.
Essentials β A full UK driving licence is mandatory for this field-based position.
Benefits
- Global Adventure β Be part of an international team with potential opportunities for travel and cultural immersion.
- Professional Growth β Continuous development through online and in-person training events.
- Volunteer Days β Two paid days per year to volunteer for a cause of your choosing.
- Birthdays Off β Celebrate your day away from the office.
- Impact β Knowing your work strengthens global communities and changes young lives.
Ready to Start Your Next Adventure? If you are a resourceful sales professional ready to take ownership of a specialist territory in a dynamic, ethical environment, we want to hear from you.
