Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5.30pm, Friday 8am – 4pm and Saturday 8am – 3pm (Saturdays are 1in2 and with time off in lieu)

The Day‑to‑Day

  • Route Optimisation: Planning efficient routes across Hampshire and the South to ensure engineers spend more time on‑site and less time in traffic.
  • Customer Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing real‑time updates on engineer ETAs and resolving any logistical hurdles.
  • Problem Solving: Rapidly re‑routing resources to handle urgent, time‑critical tasks without disrupting the wider schedule.
  • Operational Support: Ensuring engineers have the correct equipment and information to complete jobs successfully the first time.
