We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to support sales, onboarding, and customer success teams by providing expert technical insight, delivering compelling demos, and helping customers extract maximum value from the platform. This is a cross-functional role blending technical problem solving, commercial awareness, and customer communication. You'll play a key part in driving revenue and supporting product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Support sales cycles with tailored technical solutions, documentation, and ROI cases
- Lead technical discovery sessions to identify requirements and reduce delivery risk
- Deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution walkthroughs
- Handle technical queries, including RFP/RFI/InfoSec responses
- Ensure smooth handover between sales and onboarding
- Support advanced implementations (APIs, integrations, tracking setup, call routing)
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to validate new ideas and raise technical insights
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation
- Background in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting within SaaS, MarTech, analytics, or similar
- Strong understanding of SaaS technologies, APIs, integrations, and data workflows
- Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, webhooks, tracking snippets) is a plus
- Comfortable discussing technical detail with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills
- Enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, commercially aware, and motivated to learn
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role
- Experience supporting sales or onboarding processes
- Strong technical troubleshooting and solution design skills
- Bonus: Experience creating or contributing to POCs
