London | Hybrid - Hands-on Marketing Leadership

We’re exclusively partnering with an established, high-growth Legal Tech business to appoint a Senior Marketing Manager to take broad ownership of marketing across the organisation.

The business provides a specialist technology and knowledge platform to the legal sector, working with leading corporate law firms and legal professionals.

This is a senior, hands‑on individual contributor role, with reports.

We’re looking for someone capable of thinking and operating at Marketing Director level, while still enjoying being close to execution.

The opportunity

You’ll work directly with senior leadership alongside Sales, Product and subject‑matter experts to shape and execute the marketing strategy.

Your remit will span

  • Marketing and GTM strategy
  • Demand and pipeline generation
  • Content and thought leadership
  • Events, webinars and roundtables
  • Digital and email marketing
  • Brand and positioning
  • Product marketing and launches
  • Sales enablement and collateral
  • Campaign performance and ROI

This isn't a role for someone looking to manage marketing from a distance.

You'll have significant autonomy to identify where marketing can have the greatest commercial impact, build the strategy and then personally make it happen.

What we're looking for

  • Senior B2B marketing experience within, high growth Saa S, Legal Tech, legal services or technology selling into law firms
  • Experience at Senior Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing or hands‑on Marketing Director level
  • Strong understanding of marketing to law firms and senior legal audiences
  • Broad experience across demand generation, content, events, digital and GTM
  • Strong messaging, positioning and content capabilities
  • Commercial understanding of pipeline, revenue and marketing ROI
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and senior leadership
  • Comfortable translating complex products and subject matter into compelling campaigns
  • A genuine hands‑on mentality with the ability to operate autonomously

The strongest candidates will combine strategic marketing leadership with hands‑on execution.

You might be a Senior Marketing Manager looking for broader ownership, a Head of Marketing who still enjoys doing the work, or a Marketing Director who doesn't need a large team beneath them to make an impact.

  • Established and growing Legal Tech business
  • Highly regarded customer base across the legal sector
  • Significant ownership and autonomy
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership
  • Opportunity to shape the marketing function
  • Broad remit across brand, demand, content, events and GTM
  • Make a measurable contribution to pipeline and growth

If you know how to market sophisticated technology to the legal sector and want genuine ownership without moving away from execution, I'd be keen to speak.
