  • Work alongside content and commercial teams to maximise campaign effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years' experience in GTMOps, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or Marketing Operations.

  • Experience working within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM technology stacks including CRM, enrichment, automation and prospecting tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience within AI, SaaS, MarTech or technology-led businesses.

  • Performance-related bonus.
  • Equity participation.
  • Significant ownership and autonomy.
  • Direct access to founders and senior leadership.
