A fast-growing MarTech vendor specialising in eCommerce conversion optimisation is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive net-new business across enterprise and upper mid-market accounts. You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to close and work alongside a strong SDR team that provides consistent qualified pipeline. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver a high-quality buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full new business sales cycle within a defined territory
- Convert qualified SDR-generated leads into active opportunities and closed revenue
- Maintain a strong personal outbound cadence to supplement pipeline
- Run structured discovery to understand customer needs and commercial drivers
- Build ROI-led proposals and business cases that demonstrate measurable impact
- Manage accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline in CRM
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with senior stakeholders
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth post-sale handovers
About You:
- Proven success closing new business in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding quota
- Skilled in outbound prospecting and comfortable owning pipeline coverage
- Experience selling into retail or eCommerce leaders is a strong advantage
- Confident with value selling, discovery, and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent communicator with strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills
- Results-driven, competitive, and motivated by securing new logos
