We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to support sales, onboarding, and customer success teams by providing expert technical insight, delivering compelling demos, and helping customers extract maximum value from the platform. This is a cross-functional role blending technical problem solving, commercial awareness, and customer communication.
- Support sales cycles with tailored technical solutions, documentation, and ROI cases
- Lead technical discovery sessions to identify requirements and reduce delivery risk
- Ensure smooth handover between sales and onboarding
- Support advanced implementations (APIs, integrations, tracking setup, call routing)
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to validate new ideas and raise technical insights
Background in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting within SaaS, MarTech, analytics, or similar.
Strong understanding of SaaS technologies, APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, webhooks, tracking snippets) is a plus.
Experience supporting sales or onboarding processes.
